Lucas Williams

Director of Acquisitions

Mr. Williams currently serves as a Director of Acquisitions for Rincon Partners. He is responsible for identifying acquisition targets, negotiating purchase terms, financial modeling, market research, and preparation of investment recommendation materials, as well as, assisting in due diligence related to the firm’s real estate investments.

Prior to joining Rincon Partners, Mr. Williams was an Asset Management Associate at JCR Capital (now Walker & Dunlop Investment Partners / NYSE: WD) where he managed the companies $500MM bridge loan portfolio and private equity funds totaling over $1B.

Mr. Williams received a Bachelor of Science and Business Administration in Real Estate and Construction Management with a minor in Business Ethics & Legal Studies from The University of Denver. While attending DU, Mr. Williams was a 4-Year Division-1 Swimmer where he set several School and Conference records.
