Director of Human Resources
Ms. Moncher currently serves as the Director of Human Resources for Rincon. Leading the HR strategy and function for organizational effectiveness and successful program deployment, she implements organizational structures, programs, and processes that effectively engage a dedicated workforce that is in alignment with the organization’s mission and drives synergy across various departmental functions, job markets, and distributed work staff. She has full oversight of all talent acquisition, benefits, training, organizational development, payroll, employee relations, and performance management. Additionally, she spearheads all leadership development and coaching, culture development, diversity and inclusion, compliance, and change management efforts throughout the organization.
Ms. Moncher’s experience spans senior leadership positions across multiple industries such as Education, Information Technology and Healthcare in both multi-state and global landscapes. She has impactfully led the human capital strategy in small to midsize companies to elevate the talent management processes from a data driven approach to increase and enhance organizational outcomes. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Human Services from Ottawa University, and a Master of Arts in Human Dynamics from Western International University. Ms. Moncher is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources, in Prosci Change Management and DISC Behavioral Consulting.
