Erica Baldridge
Manager, Operations
Erica Baldridge currently serves as Operations Manager. Erica is responsible for supporting the operations department, asset managers, and all teams as well as providing training for new team members. Erica started her career in property management in 2005 as a leasing specialist and quickly moved into manager roles. Prior to coming on board with Rincon Partners in January 2022, she held several assistant property manager and community manager positions in Lancaster, CA. She has also served as a trainer and instructional design specialist.
Erica has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management with a minor in Project Management from the University of Phoenix.
