Don Primosch
Director, Human Resources
Don Primosch currently serves as Director of Human Resources. He is responsible for all HR related tasks including payroll, recruiting, employee relations, benefits and culture. He brings an extensive HR back ground to the team at Rincon Partners. A financial services broker during the first half of his career holding FINRA Series 7, 63, 8, 4, and 24 licenses, Don’s introduction into the HR field came when he accepted a college recruiting position at Charles Schwab’s Phoenix operations center.
After his career at Schwab and over the next twenty years, Don’s HR experience included HR Site Manager for Agero’s 700-seat call center in Tucson, VP and director level positions at Progress Residential REIT, VEREIT, Inc. (formerly Cole Real Estate Investments, Inc.) and construction contractor Rural Electric, Inc. While at Rural Electric, Don provided operational and technical HR expertise during its $250 million Border Wall project in Lukeville, AZ.
Don graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and holds a Certificate in HR Management.
