Candace McDonald
Director, Asset Management
Candace McDonald currently serves as Director of Asset Management for Rincon Partners. Candace is responsible for overseeing several properties within the Phoenix portfolio and assisting her teams in maximizing their profitability and monitoring and providing strategic advice. Candace is responsible for the oversight of many of the Arizona assets. Candace brings her abilities to increase overall investor returns, train and mentor teams, and overall ownership mentality to Rincon.
Candace served 8 years in the US Army during Desert Storm where she served as a Personnel Specialist and ran track for the US Army during her tenure, before deciding to start her career in Real Estate and Multi-family housing. Candace has been in multi-housing for over 30 years and has worked her way through many facets of the industry.
Prior to working for Rincon, Candace has overseen larger assets upwards of 865 units and has held the position of Regional Manager for Baron Property Services where she directly oversaw the successful disposition of several communities. In her previous role, prior to joining Rincon, Candace oversaw the full renovations of a 768 community in Central Phoenix. Candace also oversaw an HOA for a local Scottsdale condo community for several years. Candace’s key strengths are being able to turn around underperforming assets and make them profitable and successful through her strong understanding of financials. Candace has also been implemental in overseeing value-add communities throughout her career.
Candace received her MBA in Project Management from the University of Phoenix and holds an Arizona Real Estate Salesperson License.
